Order and Delivery

Please allow 10 working days, to craft and pack your jewel with the greatest care.
You will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready for shipping. From that date on, standard deliveries carried out by the shipping company DHL, takes 3 to 5 business days in the EU.
L’Antidote’s deliveries are carried out by DHL worldwide.
The delivery is free of cost in the EU. The delivery costs outside the EU vary depending on DHL’s valid tariffs.
L’Antidote covers the insurance costs related to transport of the delivery until its arrival to the customer.

Which methods of payment are accepted on LANTIDOTE.CO website?

Your order can only be paid for by Credit/Debit Card. Secured payments are processed via our provider’s XY payment portal. On the appropriate page you will need to indicate the number of your Credit/Debit Card, together with its expired date and security code at the back of your card.
L’Antidote does not gather data regarding bank cards.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

L’Antidote’s earrings are crafted in such a way that they become part of your every day life and activities. L’Antidote’s jewellery needs very little care, here are some advice to keep them in the best condition.
– Wash in a bowl filled with warm water mixed with a small amount of mild dish detergent. You can let the jewellery sit for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the jewellery, then rinse and dry it with a soft polishing cloth.
– You can also bring your jewellery to a respectable jeweller so your piece is cleaned using an ultrasonic cleanser.

Handling of the L’Antidote’s closing mechanism.

Before the first use of the earring, in order to open it, we advice to hold the earring front part with the fin-gers of one hand, the fingers on the other hand hold the closing part and gently start to twist towards you, until the mechanism comes to an end, and it releases itself.
Then, pull your earring through your ear, press gently on the front part of your earring with the finger of one hand, with your other hand make sure you direct the closing mechanism correctly into the earring, so the two pieces of the system connect properly, rotate the mechanism until you fill you have arrived to its end, the Dome is locked.
The Torque mechanism of L’Antidote is delicate please handle it considerately.

! Make sure the closing mechanism DÔME is screwed until the very end.

The screw space of the earring to the closing mechanism DÔME is 4,5mm. This length is adequate for children.

Despite eliminating all risks of loosing components of your earring, we advice to check your Dome from time to time to adjust it.

What materials does L’Antidote use?

L’Antidote jewellery is made of 18 carat gold and diamonds. Our diamonds are SI1 – color G,H.
L’Antidote is committed to sourcing high quality materials responsibly and from conflict-free zones. All our diamonds are only sourced from countries that are participants to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. We believe real Craftsmanship is founded on integrity and responsibility. Diamonds bigger than 0,2ct are only sourced from international certified geological companies.
The Gemological Institute of America, or GIA, is a nonprofit institute dedicated to research and education in the field of gemology and the jewellery arts. GIA’s mission is to protect all buyers and sellers of gemstones by setting and maintaining the standards used to evaluate gemstone quality. The institute does so through research, gem identification and diamond grading services and a variety of educational programs. Through its world-renowned library and subject experts, GIA acts as a resource of gem and jewellery information for the trade, the public and worldwide media outlets.
The GIA developed its International Diamond Grading System and the Four Cs (cut, clarity, color, and carat weight) as a standard to compare and evaluate the quality of diamonds.
Hoge Voor Diamond or HVD is a non-profit organisation by the Belgian diamond industry representatives. HDR was founded as a European counterpart to the GIA, responsible for the tracking of import and export of more than half of the diamond world production. HDR is one of the first laboratory in the world that received an accreditation for laboratory procedures used to determine the quality of diamond cuts according to strict international norms NBN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

What are L'Antidote's sizes?

All sizes of the front part of the earrings are stated in the e-shop section.
Dimensions are given in the order Length (L), Hight (H) and Depth (D). The Length of an earring is the measurement led from right to left, the Hight is the distance from the bottom of an earring to its highest part, and Depth indicates the width of their frontal decorative part.
